Body Mask & Wrap
Like a facial mask, a body mask is a product with a thick texture applied all over the body for therapeutic effect. The service usually begins with exfoliation, followed by the application of a mask then finally, the body is wrapped in sheets of Mylar or Bandages. The wrap raises the body temperature which increases circulation and opens pores for better absorption of a body wrap product and its benefits. Body wraps can focus on different types of benefits including ones that minimize the appearance of cellulite, hydrate, detoxify or help with the appearance of slimming down in inches before an event.

Hot Stone Massage 60min | 90min.
A hot stone massage is a form of Thermotherapy (heat) treatment in which smooth basalt stones are applied to the body in combination with massage techniques. The varying sizes and shapes used in conjunction with massage bring about relaxation, relief to sore muscles, and ease chronic or stress-related conditions. A hot stone massage is both deeply relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. Both the heat and weight of the stones help loosen tight muscles and soothe trigger points in the body. Muscles are relieved without deep tissue work as the heat penetrates the areas needing release. “Deep Tissue” massage is essentially carried out without the need for excessive pressure or causing the client to increase pain to achieve the same results from a deep tissue massage treatment.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage 60min | 90min.
The Himalayan salt stone massage is similar to a hot stone massage, but smooth Himalayan salt stones are used instead. The Himalayan salt stones tend to hold heat very well and provide additional benefits including a light exfoliation.
When the salt crystals are heated, they release negative ions into the surroundings, which bind to free radicals. Free radicals are unstable and highly reactive in the body, otherwise known as oxidation, which in turn leads to stress, cell damage, disease, and accelerated aging. When negative ions from heated Himalayan salt binds to free radicals they are neutralized by clearing the body's electromagnetic field, realigning natural energy flow and restoring the balance of the nervous system.
